Great tips on speaking to grow your business. What you practice in private you will be rewarded for in public. Speaking in front of a group of people is by far, the most effective and quickest way to hone your influence skills and understand your market needs.

Mara, great job cramming all those words into one minute! A 3rd use of Twitter is exchanging tweets with someone else. This doesn’t take them immediately to info outside of Twitter like your other examples, but it can start a relationship that leads to phone calls or emails, and then to sales.
