I’ve got a question for future episodes or a book idea. I would like to know how to set up joint venture deals where you find a complimentary business and send a mailer out to each others lists. Does each person get a cut of the sales from the other person? How much? How would a deal like this be structured for service-based businesses? For example – I’m a bookkeeper for small business and I’d like to partner with a web designer or printer, etc to cross promote each other – how would I set up a deal?
